CHARTER OF THE YOUTH UNION OF UZBEKISTAN
I CHAPTER. GENERAL RULES
1.1. The Youth Union of Uzbekistan (hereinafter referred to as the Union) is to form a physically healthy, spiritually mature and intellectually developed, independent-minded young generation, to protect young people from external threats and the harmful effects of "popular culture", In order to provide comprehensive assistance and create conditions for the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of young people, the Union is a non-governmental non-profit organization uniting the youth of Uzbekistan.
The union was re-registered in the name of the former Uzbek youth social movement Kamolot on June 1, 2012, and was issued a certificate No. 653p.
The Union is the legal successor of the Kamolot youth social movement of Uzbekistan in all its rights and obligations.
1.2. The Union is governed by the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Non-Governmental Organizations", "On Guarantees of the Activities of Non-Governmental Organizations", "State Youth Policy". and other normative legal acts regulating the activities of non-governmental non-profit organizations in accordance with this Charter.
1.3. The Union operates on the principles of voluntariness, legitimacy, transparency, equality of members (participants) and self-government.
1.4. The Union shall have the status of a legal entity from the date of its state registration and shall have the right to own property and shall be liable for its obligations with that property, o ' may have and exercise property or personal non-property rights on behalf of z, assume obligations, and be a plaintiff or defendant in court. The Union will have a round seal, stamp, letterhead with its full official name in the state language, and its own logo registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
1.5. The members of the Union are not responsible for the obligations of the Union, and the Union is not responsible for the obligations of its members.
1.6. In accordance with the legislation of the Union, separate divisions having the status of a legal entity in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, operating in accordance with this Charter and the Regulations on territorial structures, ie the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regions and the city of Tashkent have the right to establish territorial subdivisions (hereinafter referred to as territorial councils) and city and district local subdivisions of the Union (hereinafter referred to as local councils).
1.7. Location of the permanent governing body of the Union (postal address): Tashkent, Shayhantahur district, 11 A. Navoi Street.
1.8. The Union operates in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
1.9. Full name of the union:
in the state language in Cyrillic - the Youth Union of Uzbekistan;
in Latin in the state language - the Youth Union of Uzbekistan;
in Russian - Soyuz molodeji Uzbekistana;
in English - Uzbekistan Youth Union.
CHAPTER II. GOALS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE UNION
2.1. The main goal of the Union is to deepen the ongoing democratic, political and economic reforms in the country, strengthen peace and harmony in society, involve Uzbekistan in the process of joining the developed countries and ensure effective protection of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of the younger generation. - Raising the spiritual and professional level of girls, helping them to realize their intellectual and creative potential.
2.2. The main tasks of the Union are:
- the formation of well-rounded, independent-minded young people with their own position and convictions, able to take a worthy place in society, to be a decisive force and support in the process of reforming the country, their political culture, raising legal literacy and legal awareness;
- Educating young people, especially non-organized youth, in the spirit of morality and military patriotism, instilling in them a sense of historical memory, national pride and identity, involvement in events, respect for national and universal values;
- protection of the rights and legitimate interests of young people, support their aspiration to modern professions, involvement in entrepreneurial activities;
